Yes. Matter of fact, we encourage you to seek out the best of the best for single-purpose applications and use our intuitive API Manager to connect LaunchPad. In some cases, we have custom connectors already built or, if needed, we have an in-house team which can build out connectors for you.
Our customers range from 5 employees to over 500 employees.
All new customers have a training package in the first year which will get them both onsite and remote training. After your first-year, training is available upon request or you may participate in our regularly scheduled webinars. We also offer a helpdesk at no additional charge.
This depends on the organization. In some organizations, it can be a single point of contact within your team but in many cases, we see a stakeholder in each department take on this role for their department. The system admins are assigned a contact at LaunchPad they can reach Monday thru Friday for any questions or training.

Reporting

Yes. It is our belief that LaunchPad has the ability to manage the most complex GL requirements in the media industry.

Sales

Yes, LaunchPad went through a complete UI/UX overhaul in 2019 to make the views and processes managed by a sales rep completely responsive to the device.
